1. Consultations and Appointments
• Complimentary consultations for colour services are highly recommended. This enables accurate service
timing, pricing, and professional recommendations. We reserve the right to refuse any colour booking without a prior consultation.
• Appointments must be booked online or via telephone. Walk-in services are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
You may call on the day to enquire about availability.

2. Skin Testing Policy
• In compliance with manufacturer (Goldwell) guidelines and for your safety,
a skin allergy test (patch test) is required at least 48 hours prior to any colour service.
• Skin tests must be renewed every six (6) months, or sooner if:
• You have not had a colour service with us in the last 6 months;
• You have used another brand of hair colour at home or elsewhere.
• The test involves a small amount of colour applied behind the ear.
Clients are responsible for arranging this test in advance. We reserve the right to refuse colour services if a valid test is not on file.
2.a Colour Usage and Vish Charges
We utilise a digital colour management system called Vish to accurately weigh and track all hair colour used during services.
Each service includes a predetermined quantity of colour product, appropriate to the service type and booking.
If additional colour is required beyond the standard allowance — due to hair length, thickness, or other factors
an extra product charge will apply. This charge is automatically calculated and applied by the Vish system at the time of service.
Clients will be informed where possible if extra product is anticipated.
These additional charges are final and must be paid on the day of service.

3. Age Restrictions
• In accordance with Goldwell manufacturer guidelines and insurance requirements, we do not provide colour services to clients under
the age of 16, under any circumstances.

4. Personal Belongings and Liability
• We are not liable for loss, damage, or staining of personal items including clothing, handbags, or accessories.
Clients are advised to wear appropriate clothing for appointments involving colour or chemical services.
• While we use protective capes and gowns, we cannot guarantee full protection against staining.

5. Discounts & Promotional Offers
• OAP Discount Days (20% off):
• Waterlooville: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
• Lee-on-the-Solent: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
• Discount applies to: Cut & Blow-Drys, Wet Cuts, Restyles, and Gents Haircuts only.
• Offers are not valid between 01/12/2024 and 04/01/2025.
• All discounts and promotions are not combinable with any other offer or loyalty scheme.
• Management reserves the right to withdraw or amend offers at any time without prior notice.

6. Payment
• We accept both card and cash payments. Cash is preferred where possible.

7. Cancellations, Lateness, and No Shows
• We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to do so will result in a 20% late cancellation fee.
• Cancellations must be made via phone call only. Messages via text, email, or social media will not be accepted.
• Clients arriving late may be asked to reschedule if their delay impacts the stylist’s schedule.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the missed service.
Future bookings will not be accepted unless the no-show fee is paid in full or the new appointment is paid for in advance.
• Deposits are non-refundable and required for all colour service bookings.
Missed appointments will result in loss of deposit. No exceptions.

8. Annual Price Adjustments
• Our next scheduled price increase will take effect on 01/03/2024.

9. Retail Purchases
• All sales of GHD or Goldwell retail products are final. Exchanges may be considered at the sole discretion of the salon manager,
provided the product is unopened and returned within 14 days with proof of purchase.

10. Loyalty Rewards Scheme
• Clients earn 1 point for every £1 spent.
• Points can be redeemed for retail products or treatments. A maximum of 500 points may be redeemed per visit.
• The scheme and its conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

• These terms and conditions apply to both of our salon locations.
• By booking an appointment with us, you agree to abide by these terms and policies.
