Hi My name is Lottie
With over 18 years of experience in the hair industry starting my hair journey in year 10 , I bring a wealth of expertise to my work . Since July 2020, I've proudly owned Upstairs Downstairs having manged the salon for the last 10 years , I rebranded the salon to Hair Addiction Salons in April 2025
I Love creating a personalized and stylish experience for my clients, I can truly say my hobby is a my hairdressing, I thrive from sharing my knowledge and skills and passing this on to my team , I am a qualified accessor this helps to progress our apprentices we have within the salon . I am always learning new skills and progressing myself with training courses.

With 15 years in hairdressing, kellys passion lies in bringing joy and confidence to her clients. Kellys expertise are barbering, colouring & crafting stylist short styles. Having been an integral part of the salon for 6 years, kelly continues to love the art of making people look and feel their best.

olivia is our events manager , our go to pick me up our very own hype girl .
